The research includes the formula and the testing of the nanoparticular nanoparticular nanoparticular mesylate tablet to improve biological availability of Eprosartan Mesylate. Nanoparticles were produced in the process of solvent evaporation using eprosartan, sodium dodecyl sulphate, ethanol and eudragit as polymer. The filled polymer F8 is subsequently compressed into the matrix tablet using magnesium stearate and ethyl cellulose. On nanoparticular matrix tablets, we evaluated micrometric characteristics, in-vitro testing, integrating performance, drug polymers compatibility, electrical scanning micro and in-vitro medications release. The standard type of dosage may lead to or below the medication and low adherence to the patient. These challenges are also reduced by the modern drug delivery system, which can provide edges such as dose frequency reductions, decreased dose size, precision targeting, enhanced porosity and oral bioavailability.
