Abstract: To monitor and evaluate the juvenile delinquency’s perceptions of their offensive crimes to their routing life paths by the Court System in the globalization generations with internet, online media, drug, games, online gambling, and sex adolescent are the cases’ installation problems that effects and conditional behaviors of juvenile delinquency for entering the Regional Juvenile Vocational Training Center 4 (RJVTC-4) in Thailand were described. The juveniles’ perceptions with the in-depth discussion and content analysis were integrated. Using qualitative methods with a sample of 100 juveniles; 93 males and 7 females whose ages between 10-18 years old at the RJVTC-4 was discussed. The juvenile delinquency responses' outcomes of their routing life paths by the Court System indicate children aged 11-12 who were started to run out of school. It is caused by a fear of children at school. The lack of readiness for learning that is the main reason. The basic curriculum is too many subject learning cores. These are difficulties for children to accept. Homework is difficult and too much, poor grades, inferiority, being mocked by peers, not accepted by teachers and peers, lack of encouragement from teachers, and children are punished for wrongdoing or not doing homework, lack of parental attention, dating. Friends of the same age or senior friends are invited. Parents may be busy making a living, some families get divorced. To be left the child with grandparents to take care of them. Some parents have been addicted to alcohol and will suffer physical abuse. In the end, it was misled by the senior friend groups; such as walking drugs, taking drugs, setting up a gang of motorcycle theft and disassembling it for sale, or modifying a motorcycle for their own. They are challenging the law and don’t fearlessly the police. Be passionate about their actions. Their behaviours don’t come back into the house; rent a house to live with friends. Children’s age 13-14 years start having heterosexual friends, have sex. There may be a motorcycle driving competition and then bet each other by exchanging a girlfriend. Attentiveness needs to be a thief or plunder until when the police were arrested and were sued by the court. Because they have under the age of 18, still a youth, therefore, it is a routine life path to enter into the juvenile vocational observation and protection center until the expiration of the time when the judgment of the juvenile is passed.
