Obesity is a condition characterized by fat accumulation resulting from unused energy in the body. The proportion of central obesity in adults> 15 years has increased from 18.8 percent in 2007, 26.6 in 2013, to 31.0 in 2018. Therefore, this study aims to determine the preventive form of obesity experienced by early adulthood through physical activities. The qualitative method was adopted by describing a situation or phenomenon with naturalistic characteristics based on the actual setting. The results showed a positive contribution of physical activity in the form of exercise towards obesity prevention, systematically affecting the respiratory system's heart activity (cardiovascular work). Besides, gymnastics are performed with low-intensity series of movements, increased core, and subsequent intensity again. This leads to the development of more normal heart work. Therefore, the cardiovascular system is trained through bodywork (exercise) to enable normal blood flow and avoid damage to the respiratory system, body cells. In conclusion, obesity prevention in early adulthood as a technique to improve life expectancy is possibly attained through regular and sustainable physical activities.
