This proposal would synthesize the work on arylpiperazine derivatives because aryl piperazine has the largest
amount of positive effects on the biological screen of the heterocyclic and its congeners as the most important
building blocks for drug development. Two separate series of N-(4-(benzo[d]oxazol-2-yl)phenyl)-2-[4-
(arylsubstituted) piperazines-1-yl]acetamide and 2-[4-(arylsubstitution)piperazine-1-yl]acetamide are
synthesized and are distinguished by various substituents of aryl piperzine, such as a melting point
determination and chromatography in thin-scale (TLC). Two different series are also performed, synthesized
and characterized. Its spectroscopic characterisation was undertaken for their structure elucidation. Followed
by this, synthesized drugs can be pharmacologically assessed. In pharmacological research, the inhibition of 5-
hydoxytraphtophen (5-HTP) mediated head twitches, the inhibition of the behaviour, and the activation of
cataleptic disorder are determined by the behaviours.
