Scientific Study of Rudraksha Medicinal Healing Effect with Combination to Acupressure Therapy and Magnetic Healing

Abstract: Background: Elaeocarpus ganitrus Seeds (Rudraksha) claimed by the various traditional system of medicine for their astonishing therapeutic healing property. When it contacts the human body for a prolonged period it cures various diseases. It appealed to cures slowly various diseases like blood pressure, Insomnia, Tension, Anxiety, Impotency, etc. Rudraksha's medicinal effect can correlate to an ancient medicinal healing technique like Acupressure and magnetic therapy which healing technique comparable to the healing Technique of Rudraksha. Objective: Scientifically congregate Rudraksha healing effect concerning Acupressure and Magnetic Healing. Method: The inclusive and comprehensive literature on Rudraksha therapy carried out with its similarity with Acupressure and Magnetic Healing using different online resources, such as Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct, and other reliable online database. Important applicable evidence from the articles analyzed and included. Result: Rudraksha has regulated piezoelectric impact on the human body, which suggests that it can generate an electric charge because of applied mechanical pressure. Rudraksha therapy application is similar to the effect of Acupressure and magnetic cure technique. Conclusion: Insomnia, stress, anxiety, lack of concentration are some common mental diseases in modern times, which can be safely cured by a traditional technique like Rudraksha therapy in combination with Acupressure and Magnetic Healing techniques.
