In making decisions, doctors are guided by clinical guidelines and their experience. Recommendations are some
rules that take into account laboratory indicators, measurements at a doctor's appointment, anamnesis.
Automated systems also operate with laboratory indicators, measurements, etc., which are input into the
program. However, there are various factors that affect the change in indices over time.
The authors propose a variant of hemoglobin changes modeling depending on the therapy used for anemia in
pregnant women. This method is proposed to be included in an automated decision support system.
