The Results of Treatment of An Experimental Model of Mild Traumatic Brain Injury with The Application of Drugs Glycine, Curcumin, Curcumin + Glycine Complex

Author: , FURKAT G.KHAIDAROV, DILNOZA A. KHASANOVA, SAIDAMIR A.SAIDOV
Abstract: Morphological studies have shown, the most effective and rational method for correcting functional disorders after mild TBI, along with curcumin monotherapy, is the combined use of curcumin + glycine. Personalized pharmacotherapy was effective in a group of highly active animals. Restoration of balance and coordination of movement is facilitated by the use of drugs glycine, curcumin and the curcumin + glycine complex, where already on the seventh day after their introduction into the body, an improvement in coordination and stability of movements is observed. Comparative analysis showed that the most effective drug for eliminating movement disorders controlled by the central nervous system is the curcumin-glycine complex.
