Pathogenetic mechanisms of Parkinson's disease

Abstract: The leading symptom of Parkinson’s disease is pain, the main features of Parkinson's disease are the progressive nature and variety of motor and non-motor symptoms. A number of diverse non-motor symptoms develop, which often go unnoticed by neurologists and lead the patient to such specialists as urologists, ophthalmologists, therapists. Undiagnosed, these symptoms escalate, leading to frequent hospitalizations and reducing the quality of life of patients.
