Though more and more literature that shows up to study medical transport policy and overcome this is a challenge for Indonesia health services. The scope of comparative scholarship on this topic are still too limited. This article We should bear the sins of the existing literature to discuss comparison approach for medical research multifaceted transportation emphasizing the relations between medical transport and institutional relationship between Indonesia health services. On one side, we claim that the party demand medical transportation services in every nations. In the other hand the institutions interact every Indonesian health care service can shape the nature of the impact of medical transport in Nations with used the example in Indonesia, this article formulate research services institutional approach to explore two related sides transport-healthcare medical services are a relationship with a view to deliver a policy of the future work in this area.
