| Abstract:

This work aims to analyse the paradigm shifts of corporate crime eradication in Indonesia and its obstacles.
For that purpose, this paper offers Indonesian practices of corporate crime eradication, especially related to
the Indonesia Anti-Corruption Act. In the end, this paper emphasises the importance of law enforcers’
different approach in eradicating corporate crimes and optimising criminal law deterrence-especially related to
corruption.
