Histology and Morphometric Properties of Ileum Lymphoid Tissue in Period of Neonetal Sepsis

Author: KHAITOV AKBAR, RAJABBOY ISROILOV, NIZOM ERMATOV, ALLABERGANOV DILSHOD
Abstract: The incidence of intestinal forms of sepsis in infants and children during the one-month period has been increasing. The main changes in the intestinal form of sepsis are located in the small intestine, and morphologically the appearance of erosions, wounds and necrosis leads to severe poisoning of the child's body and the development of sepsis. Disruption of the integrity of the intestinal mucosa increases the permeability of the hematohistiogenic barrier, local inflammatory-destructive changes in the intestine lead to circulatory disorders, the development of ischemia and hypoxia, lysosomal hydrolases, excessive secretion of cytokines and rapid depletion of microflora in the circulatory system. The results of our experiment showed that in the early months of the process of adaptation of infants in the ileum to the external environment, there was an increase in the number of reticular cells, macrophages, large blast lymphocytes, which are the main responsible for the immune response in the lymphoid nodes.
