Abstract: High protein-rich, salty diet with less physical exercise increases the prevalence of urinary stones in society, and is more common in Saurastra region. In Ayurveda it is described as a Mutraashmari that can be managed by detoxifying the two aspects (Shodhana) or pacifying the vitiated Doshas (Shaman). By practical review over mutraashamri, it was found that some of Mutral Dravyas acted marvellous over it. Gokshura is also one of that Dravya, which was combined with Ayurvedic alkali Yavakshar for better result in Calculi. This study presenting a single case of 23 year old patient with renal and uretric calculus treated with gokshuracurna and yavakshara drug therapy for one month and symptomatic relief was assessed after treatment. Result was found effective in all parameters i.e. pain, calculi expulsion etc.
