Author: KIRILCHUK SVETLANA PETROVNA, NALYVAYCHENKO EKATERINA VLADIMIROVNA, CHERNYAVAYA ANNA LEONIDOVNA, OLKHOVAYA GALINA VIKTOROVNA, KAMINSKAIA ANNA OLEGOVNA
Abstract: The article discusses in detail the possibility of using the input-output balance method by Vasily Leontiev for the transfer of modern information digital innovative technologies for managing the economy of any state, incl. closed and open economic systems. It is shown that V. Leontiev's method is distinguished by clarity and simplicity, universality and globality, i.e. suitability for the economic system of any state, individual regions, for the world economy as a whole. The purpose of balance analysis is revealed - to obtain information on how much production each sector must produce in order to satisfy all the needs of the economic system in its products. It is concluded that the use of the input-output balance method allows not only to study the informational interdependence between various sectors of the economy, manifested in the mutual influence of prices, production volumes, capital investments and income, but also to solve numerous problems. Based on the input-output balance model of V. Leontiev, a complex of digital information models of the functioning of the economy of any state can be developed in order to transfer rational strategies for managing the socio-economic development of regions and the country as a whole. Cross-sectoral analysis can serve as the main tool for strategic planning and state regulation of the modern digital economic system of any state.
