The review is reported the relation of some supplements against COVID-19 is reported in the review. The review summaries recent modifications in the field of treatment and prevention of COVID-19 by high dose of immune vitamins (C and D). The review covers the relation of these vitamins with maintaining immune system strong in the body. Finally, the review shows some recommendations about using vitamins (C and D) with regulating doses.
