Evaluate the effectiveness of camel milk in the vitality and growth of Leishmania tropica parasite

| Abstract:
|
This stady was aimed to evaluated the effectiveness of camel milk on vitality of promastigote of Leishmania tropica in vivo . Cutaneous Leishmania parasites isolated form AL-Seder Hospitals and by using semi-soild medium to cultured these parasites which treated with four concentrations of camel milk (0 , 25 , 50 , 75 and 100%) . results showed that all living parasites were killed with concentrations l00% at the third day form the expirment.while at the fifth day with the concentrations 25% . Therefore, The high concentration of camel milk reduces vitality and growth of Leishmania tropica parasite
