The goal is to study the morphological parameters of the testes of rats of three (03) months of age, normal,
with the background of chronic radiation sickness and when exposed to an antiseptic stimulator. Materials and
methods. The study was conducted on sixty (60) white randomly bred male rats, weighing from 91 to 116 g,
divided into three (03) groups. Chronic radiation sickness was caused by irradiation of rats (4 Gy), ASD-2 was
chosen as an antiseptic stimulator. Animals were removed from the experiment at ninety (90) days of age, and
twenty (20) days after its inception. Mathematical processing was also performed in which the standard
deviation and representativeness errors were determined. Results. An analysis of the results showed that in
rats of the first experimental group with chronic radiation sickness at puberty, the diameter of convoluted
seminiferous tubules is 8% less than the control, and their cross-sectional area is 13% behind. But in rats of the
2-experimental group that received ASD-2 at ninety (90) days of age, the diameter of the convoluted
seminiferous tubules increases by 4% compared with the 1-experimental group, and their cross-sectional area
is 6% larger. Conclusions. It was established that after exposure to chronic irradiation, puberty is delayed and
all morphological parameters of the testes lag behind. But when using an antiseptic stimulator, the pathological
effect of radiation sickness on the structural elements of the testes decreases, which affects the morphometric
parameters.
