Based on the results of Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) in 2013, 37.2% of the toddler in Indonesia were stunted. It is known that from this percentage, 19.2% of children were short and 18.0% were very short. The prevalence of stunting has increased compared to Riskesdas in 2010, which was 35.6%. The purpose of this study is to find the factors that influence the occurrence of stunting in toddlers. This research type is a quantitative descriptive study with a cross-sectional design to see the factors that influence stunting in the toddler. The research subjects are mothers who have toddlers. The population in this study were women who have children under five in the work area of the Gadingrejo Public Health Center, Gadingrejo District, Pringsewu Regency, Lampung as many as 215 respondents. The sampling method used random cluster sampling, which was seen from the Integrated Healthcare Center in the working area of Gadingrejo Public Health Center, Pringsewu Regency. The results showed that the stunting incidence factors were education, employment, income, and exclusive breastfeeding. The results that correlate are that none of these four factors is related to the stunting incidence due to p-value> 0.05. Based on this study result, stunting can be caused by other factors out of the factors studied. Looking at these matters, more variable research can be carried out and analyzed up to the multivariate.
