Rhododendron arboreum is a medicinal plant having a place with Family Ericaceae having various helpful advantages including its utilization as mitigating, against diabetic, cell reinforcement, antimicrobial, hostile to diarrhoeal, cardioprotective and furthermore used to ensure the liver .The aim is to study the use of Rhododendron arboreum in medicinal and industrial purpose. The criteria examined are ethnomedicinal applications of chemical constituents and pharmacological, non-pharmacological studies, etc of Rhododendron arboreum medicinal plant. By examining this one can become acquainted with about the utilization of this plant in therapy of malignant growth, skin infections, kidney issues, and swelling. Juice of the flower is given to patient suffering from liver complaints and in anaemic conditions. In different traditional systems, there are several other traditional uses of Rhododendron arboreum species which serve as the basis for further studies. This analysis would certainly help the researchers explore its various Rhododendron arboreum plant properties and interactions.
