Organophosphate pesticides are widely used throughout the globe and in developing countries, contamination by these blends is a veritable general wellbeing safety concern. Chlorpyrifos is a wide range pesticide utilized broadly, since 1965 for horticultural and household pest control. CP's belongs to secondary pesticides which possess moderate toxicity as per WHO classification. For the estimation of Chlorpyrifos, an ultra-fast liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method was processed, which is fast, sensitive, versatile and economical. Work on the Shimpack GIST C18 (250 x 4.6 mm. 5 µ) was accomplished with the M.P ratio of MeOH and acetonitrile (50:50 v/v) at 1.0mL / min. With a framework of UV detection, at 290 nm, the Eluent was tracked. CP’s elutes at a time of persistence of 3.926 min. The coefficient of correlation was found to be 0.9907 for analytical and 0.9982 for bio-analytical method, over a linear spectrum of 1-5 µg/ml. LOD and LOQ are estimated at 0.045 and 0.137µg/ml for the proposed procedure. In compliance with ICH standards both Analytical and Bio-Analytical methods was tested.
