Quinoline is an important lead structure due to their abundance presence in nature and various of synthetic reaction for artificial synthesis. Quinoline derivatives attains the attention of many researchers and chemists and biologist because of its physiological properties. These derivatives define various of anticancer, antihelminth, antiepileptics, etc. This review determines the different reaction methods to synthesize the quinoline derivatives. It also defines different quinoline analogues identified as potent biological active compounds.
