Author: MONICA PUSPA DEWI SUGANDA PUTRI, FX.ADJI SAMEKTO, YUSRIYADI, PARAMITA PRANANINGTYAS
Abstract: It can also be said that legal politics is an effort to make the law a process of achieving the State's goals. Legal politics must be directed to protect the entire Indonesian nation, both inside and outside the country because no community group should be discriminated against by law. This research aims to analyze judicial review's role in the Indonesian constitutional system and law politics in upholding the judicial review constitution. The research method used is a qualitative method with a doctrinal legal approach. The research results show that the Constitutional Court's breakthrough is when the Constitutional Court deviates from the Constitutional Court Law provisions, limiting the laws that can be tested in the Constitutional Court, namely limited to the1945 Constitution
