Genetically Modified Cells as Novel Methods Used for Gene Therapy

Abstract: The great progress in gene therapy can offer powerful advantages in managing cancer and other diseases. Manipulation of cells using genetic methods like gene transfection can be helpful and promising for many patients. This review will highlight the important role of cells modified by genetic engineering in treating or ameliorating the harmful effects of some important diseases that have a great challenge in controlling theirharmful outcomes.
