Preparation of Benzothiazole-Formazane Reagents and Studying of (Spectral, Thermal, Scanning Microscopy, Biological Evaluation)

Author: MOHAMMED NAWFAL ABDUL MAGED ALKHAFAJI, DR. NAGHAM MAHMOOD ALJAMALI
Abstract: Benzothiazole compounds are characterized through many applications in numerous biological drugs, pharmaceutical and medical fields, as well as anti-malarial, anti-fungal, as anti-burns, as agricultural pesticides, insecticides, anti-carcinomas for many types of tumors, especially throat and lung cancers. Series of Benzothiazole-Formazane reagents were created as a analytical reagents through numerous reactions like iminations then coupling via azotation step in basic medium to creation formazane reagents of benzothiazole derivative. All chemical reactions and all created reagents had been monitored via (Uv. Vis-Spectra, FT IR-Spectra, Melting points, 1H.NMR-Spectra)., other studies represented by (Thermal analysis, Scanning Microscopy, Biological Evaluation).
Keyword: Formazane, Analytical Reagents, Imine, Azo, Cyclization, Spectral Analysis, Organic Reagents.
