The study aimed to study the relationship between endogenous (hereditary burden) and exogenous factors as a predictor of early clinical prognosis of schizophrenia with paroxysmal course. To solvethetaskswe conducted a clinical and epidemiological study of 322 patients with schizophrenia with a paroxysmal type of course of the city of Andijan with a disease duration of more than 15 years (162 men, 50.3% and 160 women, 49.7%). In a positive combination of factors, in terms of the formation of the most favorable first remission at the level of intermission or with mild personality changes in RS, there was a lack of both hereditary burden and exposure to exogenous factors. The combination of the hereditary burden of schizophrenia with the influence of exogenous factors (alcoholization, anesthesia, psychogenic) is an unfavorable prognostic sign, as it correlates with the formation of remissions with productive disorders in paroxysmal progressive schizophrenia.
