This review aims to examine the factors associated with positive life assets (PLA) in adolescents. It is an integrative review, employing the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines and including articles published between 2001 and 2019 that were sourced from Scopus, PubMed, CINAHL Database, Cochrane Library, and PsycINFO databases. We conducted 11 studies with participants ranging from 352 to 95,395 students. The majority of studies reported that the factors associated with PLA consisted of 1) physical issues; 2) psychological issues; and 3) societal issues. These PLA will increase or decrease based on the environmental and natural care that parents provide. For those benefiting from this type of care, a sympathetic development to PLA is very strong. This review has significant implications for encouraging activities and improving adolescent lifestyles in their families and communities. Therefore, healthcare providers, families, and teachers should promote students’ internal and external assets in regard to PLA.
