Method Development and Validation of Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometric Method (LC-MS) for the Simultaneous Determination of Darunavir in Human Plasma

Author: DR.D.AKILADEVI, MRS.INDIRA PRIYADARSHINI
Abstract: Fluid chromatography-mass spectrometry is a logical science procedure that consolidates the actual detachment abilities of fluid chromatography with the mass investigation capacities of mass spectrometry. Strategy improvement and approval are significant during the cycle of medication disclosure and advancement. The current investigation intends to create and approve a high throughput technique for the synchronous assurance of darunavir in human plasma, which would be helpful for remedial medication observing and pharmacokinetic considers. A positive particle method of the Turbo particle splash interface is utilized for recognition with Phenomenex (C18, 100 X 4.6 mm, 5 µm) section and the portable stage is made out of 10mM ammonium formate-methanol-acetonitrile in 25:10:65 (v/v/v) proportion. The stream rate is acclimated to 0.7ml/min. The technique was approved concerning selectivity, particularity, the restriction of discovery, lower breaking point of quantitation, linearity, range, exactness, accuracy, recuperation, steadiness, toughness, and vigor of fluid chromatographic strategies. The medication was exposed to the above boundaries according to International Conference on Harmonization recommended conditions to show the solidness demonstrating intensity of the technique.
