The consequences of the pharmaceutical management method according to the type of hospital facility

Author: SAMIHA BENZEKRI, AMINE CHEIKH, MOHAMMED ADNANE EL WARTITI, AHMED BENNANA
Abstract: Objective Our objective through this work is to study a certain number of indicators according to the type of hospital facility in order to determine the consequences of the diversity of management methods and of the impact of each management mode on the pharmaceutical services provided. Methods For the data collection method, we used a survey. This latter is intended for the pharmacists of the State Services Managed Autonomously, the University Hospitals, and Private Clinics; the survey was validated by a team of hospital pharmacists and managers. For the elaboration of our questionnaire, we used the Sphinx tool, and for quantitative data, we processed them on a computer medium using the Statistical SPSS. Results In terms of results, the difference in most of the criteria studied is significant depending on whether what is under study is a university hospital, a State Services Managed Autonomously hospital, or a private clinic. Conclusion Logistics is a discipline that is characterized by its cross-cutting character, or even its universality, because it applies to all scientific disciplines and all lines of business. As a result, logistics has a strong presence in the health sector, whether in hospitals or in the pharmaceutical industry
