A novel ligand of Schiff base of kind N2O donor was synthesized by the intensification of 1-(4-
hydroxyphenyl)ethan-1-onein and cephalexin monohydrate. The metal complexes of Zn(II), Co(II), Cu(II) and
Ni(II) were depicted and achieved by techniques of spectral and physical, namely, 1H NMR, IR, mass, UV-Vis and
SEM spectrometry and measurements of conductivity, melting point, and macro analysis. They were additional
took apart by thermal method (DTA/TGA) to obtain a good view of the kinetic advantages and thermal
constancy of the complexes. Thermal values detected more nonspontaneous kind and thermal constancy of the
disintegration stages. The style of Coats-Redfern was utilized to elicit thermodynamic factors to elucidate the
kinetic conduct. All the compounds were checked biological efficacy in vitro versus three pathogens of bacterial,
namely, P.aeruginosa B. subtilis and K. pneumonia and antifungal namely, A.niger C. Albicans at their three
different concentrations, and appeared the best efficacy compared to drugs of control and orig
