Author: AZIMOVA S.B, BOZORALIEV SH.B, TALIPOVA N.K, RAKHMATULLAEV E.A
Abstract: The hypertension is the most common disease of the cardiovascular system. Unfortunately, it can be noted that this disease is a common cause of complications such as heart attack, stroke and other diseases. In some cases, complications of hypertension can lead to permanent disability and even death. Purpose of the study. To assess the risk factors for hypertension in residents living near the Angren (located in Republic of Uzbekistan) uranium mines. Results. We found that the systolic pressure was higher in the residents of groups 3-4 and amounted to 150 ± 6.2 and 154 ± 6.4 mm Hg. respectively, in persons of group 2 -144 ± 6.4 mm Hg. the lowest values were observed in-group 1 - 118 ± 3.4 mm Hg. When calculating the indicators of vascular tone, an increase in diastolic blood pressure was revealed in 3-4 groups (p <0.05). No changes in heart rate and pulse blood pressure were found. Conclusion. Thus, the results obtained showed a violation of the compensatory capabilities of the cardiovascular system in persons of the third group, in contrast to young people, which manifested itself in high blood pressure and vascular tone and lipid profile indicators.
