Author: KARTIKA WIDYA UTAMA, YUDHITIYA DYAH SUKMADEWI, YOS JOHAN UTAMA, IRMA CAHYANINGTYAS
Abstract: One of Indonesia’s national goals as a country is to improve general welfare. Efforts to increase welfare are not easy to realize because of the vastness of the area and cultural differences as well as the different needs of each region. So that in an effort to prosper the general public there is a potential for friction between the interests of the government and the interests of individual citizens. This article will discuss how Indonesia as a rule of law resolves problems arising from disputes between citizens and state administrative officials or bodies as executors of government policies. This article will explain the chronology of the settlement of unlawful acts after the enactment of the Government Administration Law. So that we know that Indonesia has become more open and increasingly protects the rights of its citizens from the arbitrariness of the authorities.
