Empowering Mental Attitude And Mindset Of Business In SMES Through Sales Tournament For Students Of Sragen School Business, Indonesia

Abstract: This research refers to research findings Event Sales Tournament as an activity of the competition field in selling a product without capitalizing the product, which is very meaningful for the empowerment of mental attitude and the mindset of MSME players. This study aims to examine sales tournament activities that can empower the mental attitude, mindset, and behavior of MSME entrepreneurs. In particular, it aims to improve the development of MSMEs in terms of developing mental attitudes, mindsets, and beliefs of individuals and MSME organizations. Sources of data are students of the ninth batch of Sragen Business School, Indonesia. The data consists of the mental attitude, mindset, and faith value of the participants when participating in the sales tournament. From these findings, a tiered ranking of mental attitudes, mindset, and behaviors emerged from the sales tournament participants, namely feelings of being rejected such as not allowed, rejected, not trusted, not given the opportunity, a little less trusting, reprimanded, someone wants to get in the way, not selling, finally refused, apart from not allowing selling to be the dominant thing that became a challenge for participants, confusion, brave, looking for inspiration, dhuha prayer, optimistic attitude, reckless, complaining, mutual strengthening, shadaqoh, thinking positively, willing to be a courier, and honesty capital.
