Effectiveness of Breast Crawl Method on Episiotomy Suturing Pain Among Primi Gravida Mothers

Abstract: Each infant when positioned on mom's abdomen, shortly after birth, can discover her mom's breast completely all alone and to choose when to take the first breastfeed, this is Breast Crawl. Strategies give comfort and calm torment is of fundamental significance for the child bearing lady. Tragically next to no significant is given to diminish the torment of the ladies during episiotomy. The present study aims to assess the impact of breast crawl method on episiotomy suturing pain among primi gravida mothers. A non randomized control group design was chosen for the currentstudy with 60 participants was carefully chosen through purposive sampling method. Breast crawl method was executed for trial group participants along with routine care whereas control group applicants were executed routine care lone. Post test was done for both group applicants.The outcomesdiscovered was that there was a statistically significant difference between trial and control group on intensity of episiotomy suturing pain at level p<0.001. These examination discoveries inferred that the guileless measure like breast crawl method is anything but difficult to do and practice to keep up inception of breastfeeding and to diminish the force of episiotomy stitching torment among primi moms.
