A series of C-centered heteroscorpionate-beared pyridinamine Mn (II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II) complexes of the kind [M(L)2] have been prepared by utilizing the ligand (1,1-di(1H-imidazol-1-yl)-N-(pyridin-3-yl)methanimine. The parameters of geometric for the complexes were calculated utilizing studies of notional and UV-vis indicating octahedral geometry around metal(II) ion. Antioxidant the activity of nickel(II) and copper(II) complexes were evaluated against H2O2, ABTS, free radicals and DPPH. Antimicrobial efficacy of the metal(II) complexes were calculated versus two bacteria of (Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus cereus) Gram(?+ve) and two (Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae) Gram(–ve), and two strains of fungal (Candida krusei, and Candida albicans). the interaction of complexes with (CDK2) has been studies of molecular docking. The cytotoxicity efficacy (in vitro) for complexes of Cu(II) and Ni(II) versus cell lines of (HeLa), (A549), and (MCF-7) cancer with MTT screening was used to investigate from cell line of (NHDF) that appears the good efficacy of Cu(II) complex.
