Maluku, one of Indonesia's provinces, has many itchy leaves, useful as traditional medicine as an anti-pain, reducing fatigue, and reducing aches. The purpose of this study was to assess and collect literature related to itchy leaf activity. The results obtained from this literature review found that active compounds derived from itchy leaves are essential oils, chalcones, isoflavones, alkaloids, fatty acids, and triterpenoids. This study explains that itchy leaves are a traditional medicine used to relieve fatigue after leaving the garden. The people of Maluku believe that after rubbing itchy leaves on the body, the body feels fresh, and the part of the plant that is used to relieve fatigue and tiredness is the leaf, so it is often called an itchy leaf.
