Abstract:

This article discusses the general description and legal analysis of liability for intentional harm to health with a mitigating effect. The article also analyzes the concept of mitigating bodily harm, the social necessity of offense and criminal liability, history, objective and subjective characteristics of a crime, qualification of crimes related to these norms, and analysis of the legislation of some foreign countries. Suggestions and scientific recommendations are presented.
