K(3) was positive group for 1 days by provision of Stichopus hermanii 3,5% with a dosage of 0,36ml/kg BB. The results of biochemical blood serum that has been observed was SGPT, SGOT, BUN and kreatinin. With kit Biocon Diagnostic method quantitatively. Then analyzed the hipotesis test can be done by comparing with one way ANOVA test. Anova test showed that there is no significance difference between 3 groups in all parameters. Stichopus hermanii solution 3,5% didn’t cause increase levels SGOT, SGPT and decrease levels BUN, kreatinin.
