Research objective: Definition of psoriasis clinical-demographical peculiarities among people of Kazakh ethnicity. Research object: 2068 individuals of Kazakh ethnicity, including 668 patients with psoriasis of different clinical forms (index group) and 1400 healthy individuals (control group) identical to index group patients by gender and age. Research methods: sociological, clinical-diagnostic, laboratory (genetic). Research design: case-control. Results: During the reporting period, 2068 participants of Kazakh ethnicity were involved in the research. The index group consisted of 668 patients, including 405 (60.6%) males and 263 (39.4%) females, with psoriasis of different clinical form. The control group consisted of 1400 participants of Kazakh ethnicity, including 680 (48.6%) males and 720 (51.4%) females, without medical history of psoriasis.
