Abstract:

One of the leading causes of high blood disease-induced renal failure. This rise in the incidence of renal failure caused by hypertension has been experienced in the world every yearHowever, with the initial screen using the correct methods such as urine for albumin or urine for micro albumin, can be used in order to identify early detection of renal damage and prevent from become worst. The purpose of this review is to assist medical practitioners in conducting an early screening of renal disease among hypertension patients. Besides that, this review also provides the latest information and data on hypertension and renal disease. The information used is the latest information based on the study conducted. Various search engines have been used such as google scholar, PubMed, Ebsco Cinahl data based. As a result, there are 121 articles related to high blood pressure, hypertensions, an early screen of the renal disease, and chronic renal failure. Furthermore, at the final stage, there are 78 articles suitable for use as well as 3 Clinical Practise Guidelines used as a reference. As a result every new patient diagnose with hypertension should screen for renal diseases and meanwhile for the other hypertension patients recommended to go through a renal screening at least once a year, according to Clinical Practise Guideline in Management of Hypertension, all hypertension patients should be screened for urine albumin or micro albumin at least twice a year. Generally, early screening of kidney health is important for hypertension patients in avoiding complication such as is end stage renal failure.
