Criminalization of Contempt of Court arrangement in the Draft Criminal Code

Abstract: Contempt of Court is an act that attempts to attack the integrity and delegitimization of the judicial process. The target is officers who are directly related to the judicial process and court facilities and buildings. Personal harm to the victim and broadly hinders the process of achieving justice to which all citizens are entitled. Based on this problem, criminal law needs to be used to protect legal interests by means of criminalization efforts for anyone who insults or obstructs the implementation of the judicial process.
