In people of the second mature age, transient disorders of cerebral circulation are often found. This requires a search for healing effects on their bodies in order to prevent this condition. The possibilities of regular physical activity in people of the second mature age in terms of their recovery and prevention of recurrence of this condition are of great interest. In order to minimize the consequences of an episode of transient cerebrovascular accident, a complex of physical exercises was developed, the effectiveness of which was compared with the rehabilitation scheme traditionally used in this category of patients. The work was performed on 43 patients aged 36-60 years who had an episode of transient cerebrovascular accident 1 month ago. Patients who received rehabilitation according to the author's scheme of physical activity showed more pronounced positive dynamics of the indicators taken into account. Its effect on strengthening the cardiovascular system exceeded that against the background of traditional exposure, minimizing the risk of a second episode of transient cerebrovascular accident. Apparently, the proposed scheme of regular physical activity contributes to a very pronounced improvement of the cardiovascular system of people who have suffered an episode of transient cerebrovascular accident, and minimizes the risk of recurrence of this condition.
