The prevalence of exogenous-social and endogenous-biological risk factors of 680 residents of two rural districts of the Tashkent region of Uzbekistan - cotton-growing (main) and horticultural (control) - was studied by the method of survey-interviewing using a specially developed card. An integrated assessment of risk factors is given by the likelihood ratio method. Among rural residents, the prevalence of 18 exogenous social and 4 endogenous biological groups of risk factors, including 63 gradations, was determined. The general risk range was established, groups were ranged from 0.12 to 0.43, with minimum, medium, and high-risk level. The contingent of a high-risk group with the presence of chronic pathology is consistently formed due to factors such as hereditary burden, social status, organization of recreation, education, contact with mineral fertilizers and pesticides, as well as knowledge about their effect on the body and the environmental, age, medical activity, work environment, personal hygiene, gender, type of fabric for underwear and clothes, use of personal protective equipment, type of housing, level of physical activity.
