Abstract:

The study aims to synthesise and assess the anti-inflammatory and analgesic potency of derivatives from 2, 3, 3-benzathiazole. The present study has synthesised a number of derivatives for phosphorus oxychloride condensation (Benzothiazolyl Carboxyhydrazides and Aryl derivatives) namely two (5-substitutes-1,3,4-oxadiazol 2-yl). Benzothiazol (vt1-vt9). Synthesized IR, 1H NMR and mass spectroscopy compound structures have been established. Checking of all synthesised materials was performed at 50 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg p.o. Anti-inflammatory and analgesic function for in-vivo. There were also positive anti-inflammatory and analgesic results of some drugs.
