Patients with visceral leishmaniasis are hospitalized with a diagnosis of SRI in 92.9% of cases and sepsis in 7.1%. The degree of clarity of the clinic of visceral leishmaniasis depends on the time of diagnosis. The final diagnosis of visceral leishmaniasis in patients in Navoi region (11.2 ± 0.05 days) was confirmed later than in Namangan (4.8 ± 1.2 days) and Samarkand (5.4 ± 1.3 days) regions, and 52.9 in Navoi region. In% of patients, statistically significant liver volume was the largest, and associated abdominal enlargement was also more specific. In Samarkand region, on the contrary, the number of patients with 2-3 cm protrusion of the liver and rib cage was significantly higher than in other regions. Only 8.3 ± 5.8% of patients in Namangan region lost weight.
