Prediction of specific immunoglobulins to antigens of etiological agents in inflammatory diseases of the pelvis organs among women

Author: FERUZA A, MUSTAFAEVA, GULCHEKHRA A, IXTIYAROVA
Abstract: Objective: to study differentiated approaches to assessing the immune status of pelvic inflammatory diseases in women and to develop pathogenetically sound immunological criteria for the diagnosis of this pathology. Materials and methods. To achieve this goal, 304 women of fertile age with PID were studied. All patients were treated at the Bukhara branch of the Republican Scientific center for Emergency Medical Care of the Ministry of health of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Research results and discussion .The results show that specific immunoglobulins to the above-mentioned pathogens are not always detected .Most often, immunoglobulins (antibodies) were detected in the examined women of fertile age)antibodies to Mycoplasma spp, they were detected in 120 cases(39.5±2.8%). Total of 330 positive samples were detected, of which 266 were immunoglobulins to the antigens of 1 pathogen and 64 to the antigens of microorganisms detected from one woman. Detection of immunoglobulins to antigens of one pathogen was 4.2 times more common than the Association of these microorganisms, it should be emphasized that 7.6±1.5% of cases were found negative samples.
Keyword: immunoglobulines, enzyme immunoassay, inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs, antigens of microorganisms.
