Objective: The assessment of nutritional status of children ages 6-59 months with anorexia at the National Institute of Nutrition in 2015. Methods: A cross-sectional study. Results: The prevalence of malnutrition of children ages 6-59 months with anorexia was 25,3%. Prevalence of underweight was 18%, stunting was 16,7% and wasting was 9,4%. Most of children with anorexia under 24 months group, in which prevalence of children with anorexia ages 6-11months was 30%, 12-23 months was 35,6%. Cause of anorexia: Unclear reason was 52,4% and anorexia related to internal disease was 21,9%.
