Human bodies will be functioning on the many organs such as brain, lungs, liver, bladder, kidneys, heart, stomach, intestines, especially brain is the operational centre for human-related activities of the systema nervosum and is placed within the bony skeleton of the head. It is being the definite number of diseases induce, but it is to the highest degree of deaths involving the entire world. Especially brain tumor disease is a dangerous type of human disease because it critically affects human health. Regardless of consideration, existing specified brain tumor disease research has deficiencies to precise and quick detection of human’s dangerous diseases for ensuring healthy growth of human surroundings. This paper suggests an “Ontology-based Segmentation” for distinguishable brain tumor disease on the human brain. In this segmentation, the segmentation takes the three steps of processing schemes such as recognition and isolation, automatic image conversion, and octagon based image recognition guarantee spotting. Firstly, the recognition and isolation is an express agreement with the static functioning for maintaining the accuracy level of diagnosis of a brain tumor disease. This recognition and isolation showing a preoccupation with communication by the exchange of messages for reliability determination. Secondly, the automatic image conversion is express arrangement with the dynamic functioning for reducing the overfitting and accommodate to fitting the right shape. Automatic image conversion establishing generalizable (reduced to a time-variant of detection process) by concentrating the time-varying features in the disease identification. Finally, the octagon based image recognition guarantee spotting is express for features refining with the help of the function of brain image segmentation connection. This interpretability process helps to make the proven position of a prominent tumor in a particular spot on the human brain. These three processing flow constructs the ontology structure with manually collected human brain image datasets. The observational consequences express that the proposed framework recognizes a detection performance carry
