Information security and social work to counteract cultural and information wars in neo-functionalistic reflection

Author: PRODANIUK ROMAN, ROMANENKO YURIY VIKTOROVICH, POGREBNAYA VIKTORIYA LEONIDIVNA, HORDIIENKO NATALIIA, BEKDAMYROVA LIDIIA ZAURIVNA
Abstract: The article covers the problem of defining self-reference and socio-temporal homeostasis as factors in maintaining information security in the European societies. Absence of adjusters of sociocultural components of the society integrity represented by elite groups and deficiency of value-based consciousness may result in the impaired information security due to “information draughts” and “information leaks”. In view of this, it outlines the main ways for development of counteractions to cultural and information wars as one of the important areas of social work at the current historical stage of genesis of the society.
Keyword: information security, socio-temporal homeostasis, cultural expansion, culturocracy, self-reference, selection, dignification, counteraction to cultural and information wars.
