Abstract: Background. Hyperandrogenemia is one of the main factors leading to infertility and ovulatory dysfunction in women. The determination of hormones reflecting the condition of the ovarian reserve or the extent of their exhaustion in women with hyperandrogenemia is of predictive value. The aim of the current research is to study the hormonal status of infertile women with hyperandrogenemia, depending on the level of Anti-millerian hormone. Materials and methods. 33 infertile women (I group) with hyperandrogenemia (excluding hyperprolactenemia, hypothyreosis, autoimmune thyroiditis) and 30 healthy women (II group) were involved in the study. Hormone profile in blood were determined on the 3rd day of menstruation with ELISA immunoferment analyzer. According to the level of AMH, women were divided into 2 groups: subgroup A included women with AMH level ? 600 pg/ml and subgroup B with AMH? 600 pg/ml. Results. It was determined an increase in AMH secretion in PCOS patients with hyperandrogenia. Estradiol and Inhibin A were lower in IA subgroup and Inhibin B in IB subgroup. The LH level was lower in the IA subgroup than in the IB subgroup. Also, there was a sharply direct correlation between estradiol and FSH in the IA subgroup. Conclusion. The detection of hormone status in women with hyperandrogenemia depending on the level of AMH plays the important role in the evaluation of ovarial reserve in infertile women with hyperandrogenemia.
