Abstract:

Background:hypospadias is common congenital anomaly, the repair of such problems associated with multiple complications especially fistula, the barrier layer is to decrease of it.
Methods:prospective study on 13 patient in Al-numaan teaching hospital in period between September 2018 to October 2019 on 13 patients were undergo distal hypospadias in 10 patients (76%) and mid shaft hypospadias in 3 patients (24%) by using classical tubularized incised plate TIP, use ventral dartos flap as barrier .
Results: The number of patients were 13 patients, age 1-5 years (average 3 years), the fellow up continue up to 6 months post op., by regular visits to outpatient
Discussion : The hypospadias repair were done over 31 patients, only 3 of them develop tiny fistula, and repaired
