Permanent teething analysis was carried out among 3,322 children aged 4,5 to 17 years in Tashkent city. Girls had their first permanent teeth registered at 4 years 6 months and boys at 5 years. In children of both sexes, the average number of permanent teeth on the lower jaw was higher than on the upper one, except for 10, 13 and 14-year-old boys. In all age groups, girls had more permanent teeth than boys, except 15, 16 and 17 years old. The maximal increase in the number of permanent teeth in girls is defined as 9-11 years old and in men - 1 year later. The range of permanent teeth in children of both sexes was 10 years and 2 months and the highest rate of teething was typical of the first molars, while the lowest rate was typical of the first premolars (boys) and the second premolars (girls). The work has proved the necessity to develop normative assessment tables of teething for children in Uzbekistan.
